Taught by established commercial real estate practitioners who emphasize practical application, the CCIM designation curriculum courses are the foundation of the CCIM program. Upon completion of the four core modules, you will have a knowledge base relevant across the entire real estate industry, regardless of specialization.

TIME REQUIREMENTS

Each core module takes approx 30 hours to complete and is taught during four, all-day classes M-Th. Each day, classes begin at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. There are breaks throughout the day. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.
